DiSC, 360 and Organizational Self-Assessments, Cultural Audit – One questionnaire master is furnished to client for duplication and distribution. Postage-paid return mail answer cards or data collection diskettes are provided and billed at cost. On-site focus group and interview facilitations are billed at the incremental rate by the hour. One summary report is provided.<\/p>\n
Statistical survey reports, e.g., cross-tabulations or prioritizations, are billed separately.<\/p>\n
Special Occasion Lectures (Conferences, MLK Day, Black History Month, Employee Group Emphasis Programs, motivational talks, etc.) Overview lecture covering desired topic. Travel expenses are billed separately, cost-based and adjusted on a per occasion\/venue basis.<\/p>\n
